Arna Abdrakhmanov won the title.
1st Runner-up was Eugene Lee.
Arna (R.) with 1st Runner-up Eugene Lee and Former Miss KZ 2005/6 Dina.
Arna and Eugene will advance to compete in the national finals to be held in November.
