On November 21, 2010, she competed in the Miss California USA pageant and won the title. She was the first Miss Teen USA state delegate to represent California at Miss USA since Shauna Gambill in 1998. She was heavily favored by Vegas oddsmakers to win the title of Miss USA.



On June 19, 2011, she won the Miss USA title in Las Vegas, Nevada. As Miss USA 2011, she will go on to compete in Miss Universe 2011 on September 12, 2011 in Brazil.



On June 26, 2011, Miss California USA director Keith Lewis announced Campanella passed the Miss California USA title to Katie Blair who is Miss Teen USA 2006, Miss California USA 2011 1st runner-up.

Viviana Ortíz Pastrana is the new Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011. The final of Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011 is underway at the Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico on November 4, 2010 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.



Viviana Ortíz Pastrana beat 49 other candidates vying for the crown. New beauty queen is Miss Corozal. Viviana is 23 year old and stands 5’9″. She will represent Puerto Rico in Miss Universe 2011.

Gantimurova, who stands 1.81 m (5 ft 11 1⁄2 in) tall, competed as the representative of Moscow, one of 50 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Miss Russia, held on March 5, 2011 in Barvikha.

Beauty Queen from Moscow Natalya Kantemurova was crowned Miss Russia 2011 on March 5th, 2011 in Moscow. Natalya, who was crowned by outgoing queen Irina Antonenko, Miss Russia 2010, and by the reigning Miss Universe 2010 , Jimena Navarrete.



Natalya Kantemurova who stands 177 cm tall and will represent Russia at Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil in September. and / or will compete in Miss World 2011 beauty contest in December.



The 1st runner-up or “Vice-Miss” is Anastasia Mashukova from Krasnoyarsk.

The 2nd runner-up is Yana Dubnik from Novosibirsk.
